A “Scaleable Business” is a business which can Grow,

even if you throw mediocre resources at it (people &

money).

N.B., If a business requires Smart Talented Hard-Driving

Management or Sophisticated Investors to Grow, it is, by

definition, NOT Scaleable!

• “If mere mortals can’t run it, it ain’t scaleable.”

• Complex Businesses must become Simple before they can Scale.
