vPORT provides enhanced communication services to healthcare providers and other professionals.  vPORT developed a proprietary IP-based communications platform enabling physicians anywhere to be served by a network of distributed live-operator call centers, integrated with advanced call automation, and seamlessly unified by a common database. The vPORT network supports “Live Operator” Telephone Answering Services (“TAS”) integrated with enhanced service offerings (e.g., automated call processing, wireless devices, unified and web-based messaging).  vPORT is initially focused on consolidating the $1.8b Telephone Answering Service industry under two main retail brands – Physicians’ Telecom (healthcare), and ExpressCall (non-healthcare) – and a variety of reseller brands through a network of partnerships and reseller relationships.
